Day 1 - Arrival into Tokyo on Air New Zealand
Meet and greet at Narita Airport and Transfer to your Hakone Hotel

Day 2 - Lake Fuji Area
Experience the Lake Fuji Area. Lalik Museum, Owakudani Ropeway and Ashii Lake Pirate Ship cruise and Kubota Ichiku Kimono Museum, before travelling on to Matsumoto.

Day 3 - Matsumoto
Discover Matsumoto. Matsumoto Castle/Ishii Miso experience, Yakata Matsuri Museum, and Kusakabe Folklore House. End the day in Takayama

Day 4 - Takayama
See traditional Takayama in the morning and have a chance to buy something from the market, before heading to the UNESCO Shirakawa go village. End today in Kanazawa

Day 5 - Kenrokuen
This morning experience one of the best Japanese gardens at Kenrokuen parks, before boarding the famous Shinkansen Train to Kyoto. Overnight bag required, until the luggage arrives.

Day 6 - Kyoto
Experience Kyoto. Today experiences include, The Arashiyama Walk, Golden Pavillion, Hosomi Tea House and Nijo Castle

Day 7 - Kyoto continued
Kyoto continued. Today visit Fushi Inari Taisha, sample Sake at Kikumasamune Sake Museum. This afternoon visit Himeji Castle.

Day 8 - Hiroshima
Today take the train to Hiroshima. Visit the Peace park, A-Bomb Museum and Miyajima Island, before getting the Shinkansen back to Kyoto.

Day 9 - Tokyo
This morning, we will take the train to Tokyo. This afternoon we will experience a Sumo tournament. Experience a sushi Lunch and after the tournament enjoy a Sumo Hotpot dinner.

Day 10 - Free day in Tokyo
Today is a free day for you to discover Tokyo. We will have optional walking tours to Asakusa or Shinjuku

Day 11 - Nikko
Start your 2-night adventure to Nikko. Today, visit Nikko Toshogu , Akashi Kogen Ropeway, and Chuzenjiko Lake

Day 12 - Wakayama Farm
Visit Wakayama Farm, which includes a bamboo Forrest Walk, Lantern Making and a chance to wear traditional Kimonos.

Day 13 - Tokyo
Transfer back to Tokyo. Experience the busiest pedestrian crossing in the world, and venturing up Tokyo tower and seeing Zojoji Temple , and finish your tour with a traditional Yakatabune dinner cruise
